MIPS is a sliding plane system within the helmet designed to slow or prevent the amount of energy that is transmitted to or from the head.


Overbrow Ventilation

Deep air intakes above the forehead bring cooling air into the helmet, which is guided around the head by a matrix of air ducts and ensures a holistically cool helmet climate.



In the in-mold construction, the robust polycarbonate outer shell is bonded to it in a single pass during foaming of the impact absorbing EPS inner shell. This makes the helmet even more resistant without any additional weight. This production process also makes it possible to form significantly better ventilation systems and openings. In-Mold helmets are lighter than traditional helmets and have much better ventilation systems.


Progressive Layering

A two-layer structure of the inner helmet with EPS foam of different degrees of hardness, which can better absorb and distribute the impact energy.


Float Fit

Bell's most advanced helmet fitting system combines comfort and safety in an ultra-lightweight design. Float Fit™ optimizes the fit of the helmet in 2 ways - in terms of head circumference and vertical adjustment. To reduce weight and simplify handling, the guide arms uniquely enclose the back of the head thanks to the "float" design. This puts the helmet in an ideal position on the head. Simple, light and comfortable.



The FIDLOCK® magnetic lock closes automatically and can be easily opened again by sliding it sideways with only two fingers. One-handed operation is quick and effortless, even with gloves.


Wraparound Chin Bar

Removable chin bar for trail riders who do not want to do without additional protection. Tool-free assembly is a matter of 3 simple steps.


Goggle Guide

An adjustable visor system that works with goggle or sunglasses, whether the visor is mounted or removed.


Integrated Breakaway Camera Mount 

Bell's built-in camera mount allows the portable action camera to be attached seamlessly and unobtrusively without the need for double-sided tape or cable ties. The detachable attachment fits perfectly into the ventilation opening at the top of the helmet, holds the camera in the ideal position and leaves no trace on the helmet after disassembly.



The X-Static® pads are woven with silver threads. They are quick-drying and antibacterial in their action against odour formation. In addition, the X-Static® pads give the driver a cooling and warming feeling in the cold due to their thermal properties.
